i’d still like to see Lonnie here too. didn’t before the season but he’s been good as a POA defender and scorer when given rhythm. Christie should stay too

FYI, Thomas Bryant is a free agent this offseason, he’s definitely getting paid more next year.

Damian Jones is the one that has a player option next year.

  3. This-May-Be-It

Not LeBron. I hope he finds a team that believes in him 🤷‍♀️

Vet mins- Bryant, Gabriel, Schroder, TBJ. Reaves at max we can pay him (I think that’s like 104.5% of MLE?)

It’s why Russ, Bev and Nunn (and maybe Lonnie too) should be traded now. $30M of cap space is a less valuable asset than $75M of expiring contracts that we currently have. We need to get like 4 good players, our 2023 cap space would only get us two good players.

Well at least OP isn’t posting any delusional trades this time around.

    But still, seek help.

Kendrick nunn, could be a nice piece for us!

  7. ZizouGOAT10

Westbrook isn’t there so it’s already a W in my book

  8. Batman, superman, Aquaman, The Flash, Airbud, and Javale McGee

  9. Is Trevor Ariza available? I hear that he’s the one guy that can turn this ship around

  10. LoudRise858

Porzingis, Hield, Duncan Robinson, Seth Curry, Joe Harris, and Gary Payton II

    Shooters, nothing but shooters

To be very honest I don’t want AD. He simply can not and will not stay healthy the rest of his career unless he plays every 3 games like Kawhi. He needs to go. Sad but true. Got us one ring, and that’s not gonna happen again. Need to “sell high” before couple more injured seasons go by and he’s worth nothing significant

Complete overhaul. Nobody not name Austin Reaves or Thomas Bryant

Without any crazy blockbuster trade (pretty sure Rob Pelinka isn’t going to go there before the deadline), I’m into Gabriel, Christie, Lonnie (only as a SG) or starting SG, A backup SF/PF from the Draft (Late 1st round due to Pelicans Trade), a decent center via trade/FA, a decent SF via trade/FA.

10-man rotation Lineup 2023-24 (they can sign reserves to fill out the team)

    PG: Bron, Reaves

SG: Lonnie/New starting SG, Christie (if he improves) or New backup SG

SF: New SF via trade/FA, 1st Rd Pick

    PF: AD, Wenyen Gabriel

C: New Center via trade/FA, Thomas Bryant (wouldn’t mind him starting as long as we get a good-decent Center to back him up)

We’d have a balanced, not point guard-heavy, ok/playoff contention team next season without blowing the team out of the water.

The Lakers cannot build a proper roster around LeBron and AD. They simply do not have enough space and they can’t go over the cap. I want to see a true rebuilding. I want LeBron to go to a team where he can compete. Stop being delusional, this team will never be able to win again.

  15. ranchoparksteve

The Lakers have very little cap commitment next season beyond the Big 2. The Lakers control most future picks. It’s not a bad situation to be in.

  16. Where are the photoshops of delusional pipe dream future Lakers?

  17. Danny_III

Not super familiar with the FAs but

Big names worth considering that may be available: Kyrie, Jerami Grant

Depth: Trent Jr, Turner, Beasley, Poeltl, Richardson

    MLE: Beverley

    Vet min: Wenyen, TBJ, Oubre

  18. shoepremeking

Reaves, Lonnie, and Thomas Bryant. I would go after 3 and D wings to compliment AD. Buddy and miles would be nice too if we’re able to get em

  19. Sabonis86

They better keep Reaves. Just got his jersey for Christmas and historically that is bad luck in this case for me.

  20. hellokitty2469

Walker except he actually plays his position

  21. Taylor Hendricks. He’s 6’9 forward freshman at UCF averaging 15/7 with good defense and athletic, think of another Paul George type.

Shooting 44% from 3 on 4.4 attempts a game. Kinda seems too good to be true for him to fall that low.
