Good team win without BI, Zion, and Nance, but not without critiques. The Pelicans struggled at the end of the 2nd and the 3rd. There appeared to be a lid at both the 75 and 100 point marks, and the defense suffered. The Rockets also made it far closer at the end of the 4th than the Pelicans had any right to let them. You can get away with it against Houston, but not against most teams.
Congrats to Herb for 1000 career points.

I would get more up in arms about them being careless late but the lead was too large. The important thing is they won a game they should’ve, and you need every gimme over this Non-Zion stretch especially while BI is still out.
I really need to see Jonas assert himself more as a scorer. He can bully some of these dudes that they’re putting on him. Herb played his best game in a while. Jose got his shot back for tonight. Dyson looked solid in his 15 minutes. CJ had a really good night, 28-1-6 with 0 turnovers. Naji Fucks.
