Saddiq Bey hit a game-winner with 1.0 seconds left on the clock to defeat the Golden State Warriors in their house to give the Detroit Pistons a three-point win. Along with Bey, the Pistons got big contributions from multiple players down the stretch of this game to withhold a Warriors run to steal the game.

  1. We are so much better AND so much more entertaining with this shortened rotation. Unfortunately for Bagley, I am okay with this current rotation when he comes back from injury. Stew and Duren are doing quite well with heavier minutes (which are actually normal minutes for most other starters in the league… Thanks Casey…).

  2. Saddiq Bey's shooting has been better over the past month or so. He did this exact same thing last year. Sell high on Bojan and start Hayes, Ivey, Bey, Stewart, Duren the rest of the way please.

  3. Also, as a self professed Killian Hayes hater, I much more intrigued with him since he got his head out of his ass. If we land Wembanyama I wouldn't mind a starting 5 of Hayes, Ivey, Cunningham, Wembanyama, Duren with Stewart and Bey as the top bench guys. Hayes is our best playmaker and best perimeter defender which makes me consider that as a possible option. His shooting form has looked better too but he needs to get more consistent offensively, especially around the rim.

  4. I actually love Ivey taking mid ranger jumpers. He NEEDS to develop that shot. He is realizing that teams can pack the paint on him and block his shot if he just tries to bulldoze to the rim. When his midrange and 3 is falling he will be far more successful around the rim.

  5. Weak ass Warrior fans complain abt everything 😂 they can keep crying. Pistons are the Warriors’ regular season kryptonite. Killian was consistently initiating the offense (13 assists is crazy after missing three games lol), Bojan did his thing, good games from the Dawg Pound (career high 18 from Duren was tuff), and the confident shot from Saddiq after an inconsistent night from the field. Great Pistons team win and hope they can piece some promising basketball together off this one 🔵🔴 Great job as always Ku 🤝

  6. I'm not going to be too critical of Ivey shooting some midrange jumpers. Though he is already great at getting to the hoop, I do think he gradually needs to broaden his offensive game and that is what he is trying to do…like Saddiq focusing more on dribble drives and back downs. They both want to develop a more well rounded offensive arsenal and it may look rough at times but in a season like this I'd say it is an ideal time to work on things to hopefully become better players.

  7. Great win for the boys, happy for Saddiq hopefully this gets him going for the rest of the season

  8. Im like "they are gonna lose this game, thay do it all the time " haha..Bojan hater, but we knkw that….not that the team is bad, its Bojan show that makes them lose..the guy that keeps them in most of the games….sorry Babo, todays performance not good enough, hiw did you miss that one three? Youre terrible man……a babo moj di si dosa?

  9. I think part of Ivey’s struggles are similar to Killians last year and early on this year, running a second unit that’s not as talented offensively as the first. Killian played a great game but you have to applaud Bojan and the rest of the guys ability to just knock down shots, credit Killian for getting them the ball but if guys are going to be that hot your going to put up assists. Ivey is tasked with running the second unit and not having the benefit of Duren and Bojan at times plus they also ask Ivey to be a scorer; having that DUEL role can be a challenge to figure out vs just running the offense or just asked to score. Burks gets to finish games over Ivey purely off his shooting ability. I’d honestly rather continue to develop Ivey in closing games, we aren’t winning anything this year it’s best to see what we have so Troy can steer this ship in the right direction. I truly believe had Killian been playing this well last year we DON’T take Ivey at 5, we draft Duren, keep Grant, make the Bojan trade and have a completely different trajectory.

Keeping all things in perspective we were red hot as a team when it counted. We seem to have GSW number plus they we’re missing a bunch of key pieces. Taking nothing away from the Pistons, we stayed focused (thanks to Killian) and played together now we need to keep up the good work and build off this win, it was much needed!

Also again, I love that Casey has finally realized he can play Duren and Stew together despite Bagley being injured and not using Noel. I would like to see Knox get some minutes, I don’t think he did anything to loose minutes at all. McGruder has played well but Knox has more potential! Hayes Ivey Bojan Stew Duren, Burks Diallo Bey Knox.

  10. What a game. I can see our young players maturing great. Beef Stew is going to be a great player in this league.
