I can’t wait to see Turner/Poeltl etc, all the trade targets, moved for two second round picks each or a heavily protected first and some salary filler and then the bullshit of “each team benefitted and got what they wanted”

  2. Freeeecurry

Nah I’d rather play AD and Bryant to start. We need a wing that is a real 3&D threat for a nunn and bev frp package

My Buddy and Myles agenda lives on… please Rob

  4. kasaan110

No becuse we’re not paying him 20 million a year

and you also know to talk it about it 3,000,001 times

The advantage to have waited is that the price will normally go down as they try to at least salvage something from his expiring contract. But now, he is with how tomas Bryant playing, is he a priority.

  7. It’s one thing for us to want to Myles (and possibly Buddy). But we still need Pacers to want to make a move with us. That is the bigger challenge.

Dude is a perfect fit both both AD and LeBron, and fits à young timeline. It’s as easy of a non Klutch home run as Rob is ever going to get.

bring along his Buddy too lol …

Imagine GSW or Boston gets him for scraps. Both teams badly need a good center.

I’d do it for 1 First round. But it takes two to tango.

  12. I’m not sure they do. I would rather see a trade for a wing.

  13. Guys, I think it’s time to accept that this team is fucked. If they trade for him, the expectation will be that it’s because an extension is imminent. If we extend him, our already dwindled cap space will shrink even further. We’ll have even less flexibility to make any moves to improve the roster. Is Turner enough for you? If it handicaps our ability to make any other move or sign anyone else? Unless the expectation is that Lebron will ask for a trade, where you’ll recoup salary and draft capital to increase flexibility. But, that leaves a lot of unknowns.

  14. People at every staples game need to be chanting…

FUCK THEM PICKS! FUCK THEM PICKS!

We need to go euro sports on these motherfkers.

Give up both firsts and watch him walk next year because the lakers refuse to overpay him. Then we can give Palinka even more blame for the disaster the lakers are in…..

Whatever develops, trading for Turner is a problem down the line. Lakers cannot keep making these mistakes by leveraging their draft assets. Not unless they’re getting all star talent that are in their prime and locked in for 2-3 year minimum. Turner is marginal all star and will likely get overpaid by a team like the pistons or Magic next year. I just dont trust the idea of trading a first rounder for him. Holding out for a miracle is the only way. Sorry Lebron..
