DALLAS, TX — Boston Celtics Interim Head Coach Joe Mazzulla was interviewed following the Celtics 124-95 blowout win over the Dallas Mavericks on Thursday night. The Celtics desperately needed a bounceback win after an underwhelming performance against the Thunder in a 150-117 blowout loss, and they got it.
On their bounce back win, Joe Mazzulla said “I knew we were going to [respond]… it’s a matter of can we do it over & over again.”

Tatum always seem to play better against players he is compared against. J Brown is still that dawg. I love his no nonsense energy this years. His initiative to guard Luka shows his hunger to defend the best. The Celtics normally only have two scores. Tonight the had 7 in double digits. R. Williams was a key factor. Brogdon and Smart played well. The Celtics still need a true big man before the playoffs. Just in case R Williams 8s not healthy or reinjury himself in the playoffs/finals. This could be number 18.
