The Hornets Deal is by far the best deal, but I think the Lakers would need to decide which contract they would want to take on. If you do Oubre,PJ, and Hayward I think the Lakers would need to give up a pick but it's the better deal. Or they do Rozier, Oubre, and PJ with no pick, and now you have more flexibility.

I think the Laker's FO is having SERIOUS DISCUSSIONS about who stays and who goes in regards to the BIG 3(especially after his Lebron's statement). Until they decide that, they're probably not gonna commit themselves to anything other than 2nd round picks/easy contracts (like Cam). They're not gonna commit Salary Cap on players through trades to help Lebron cause Lebron might be playing with CP3 or whoever next year. I think FO is much-much more concerned about what the 2023(and beyond) roster will be than what's going on right now cause AD, Westbrook and LeGM might be out next year. The more I think of it, I think their procrastination is more about 2023 and beyond cause there were already questions about AD and Russ last year. As for LeGM, they know he's 38 so he's not gonna be there much longer no matter what happens.

Hornets need this deal more than the Lakers do. Which is crazy.
Hayward is 31 million next season and can't stay healthy. Terry shoots way too much and is one of the smallest guards in the NBA. Plus he is due almost 50 million over the next 2 seasons.
With that said this trade makes the Lakers better if PJ comes along and for sure if PJ and Kelly oubre are included.

I would do pj Washington , Gordon Hayward and either oubre or plumlee for Russ and no first round picks. Maybe seconds

Roziers contract is worse than buddy Hield , and Hayward is notoriously known to be injury prone. I'd stay away from oubre, low IQ player who doesn't fit with contenders( gsw)

Oubre for Westbrook straight up is the only thing I would even consider.. unless they can somehow do a sign and trade with Miles Bridges

Hate the trade. We need a defensive stretch 5 center. Allow AD to roam. Improve out shot blocking and defense. Allows lebron to play the 3 thereby allowing us to go Big. Floor is spaced for lebron westbrook and AD. I say Pat.Bev, Nunn and Frp..for Mo Bamba. Mo was a 1st round pick and I feel he's not needed by Charlotte. He's exactly what we need. He's been under utilized in my opinion. We need Russ, his energy and his passing ability. Why acquire russ and lebron and not put shooters around them. With shooters Russ will look like an allstar..no cap.
