It's now in the history books.. The refs fabricated an all time performance by Mitchell. Don't get me wrong he still made his frees and 3s and took what was given to him so he deserves respect but it really isn't hyperbole to say the refs made all this possible in the first place. Yesterday was a terrible day for NBA legitimacy in my opinion. This is now our 4th or so game that refs were deciding factors in losses. L2M reports showing how calls went the wrong way in crucial moments of the game. In another universe we could be the 7th fucking seed right now looking at a team that is starting to put their defense together, figuring it out, addressing their perimeter defense, but instead the blow up narrative continues and how can we blame the fans not to feel defeated by this? This loss seriously made me question if I needed to take a break from the NBA. I'm still pissed about this one and don't really blame the bulls players for how they responded. They weren't allowed to play defense on an incredible scorer. How many points did Brothers and his crew impact?? I want to know how many points they gave to Cavs. Seriously I think it is a fair question. I wouldn't be shocked if it was in ~20 points just straight up gifted to Cavs with at least half that to Donovan alone. Subtract all the OT points and Donovan still had a deadly game but the Cavs would of LOST. I don't care if this makes bulls fans look bad that was actual horse shit. Just absolute killer of a loss, this is the type of loss that really hurts a season.
Defense is a mindset. This team doesn’t have the heart to play defense. This team is soft and it’s all led by the front office and the coaching staff. I’ve never seen a bigger group of players coaches in front office staff this f-ing soft This team is ridiculous and embarrassing. This team sucks this organization sucks. And no type of turnaround whatsoever will convince me that this group is a legitimate NBA team. Reinsdorf should’ve been sold this team to more confident sports oriented championship minded owners.
The L2M report absolutely solidifies my apathy toward the Bulls OT performance. I don't give a shit what they were supposed to do, ugly wins are a thing. We should be at least 19-18 this season and got cooked by the refs to be 16-21 and they created an all-time game for Mitchell as a result. Also, anyone mad at Pat on the boxout, look at how quickly Mitchell slipped under his arm as he got close to the center of the paint. If he doesn't commit the lane violation, he is correctly boxed out. As disappointing as this squad has been, I'm tired of slander when you see obvious fix jobs like this. Close games are apart of basketball. Just because the Bulls constantly get into clutch situations doesn't mean we shouldn't contextualize ass games like these.
The refs took the Bulls out of that game. The Bulls still battled. The last no call was the nail in the coffin. The refs are never held accountable
What's up bro I'm not going to be a whiner as you want to call it but I can't give him that fully. Let's start by saying that if you if the refs got to cheat to get you ahead then you don't deserve that. No apples did not do enough they did what they had to do and yeah they got robbed for the third time this year. And I'm not even going to say that that's the only time. And to be honest that's not the first time I've seen and I came from the Jordan era the Bulls being cheated by referee's so what I was saying is simple if this isn't a wake up call for the Bulls to take a look in the mirror at themselves and recognize that your backs are against the wall and nobody is trying to give you a fair look. Is it a time when you got to stand up take a look at the last dance or whatever it takes realize where you play and that you're going to have to play with a whole different mindset with heart determination and pure Killer Instincts. You can't play nice anymore it's not going to give you any Fair shakes they don't care about what goes on now instead of trying to play the win you got to take the win that's it this is where you have to nut up or shut up that's all I got to say bro I still believe in the Bulls but now it's time for them to believe in themselves and take this to a whole another level and take it serious that's all I got to say bro Man Beast out peace.
NBA 2 minute report confirmed mitchell had a lane violation on the last missed FT and the refs missed a travel on jarred allen at the end. Also, December 31st day, 2 minute report said derozan got fouled at the end. shoulda both been wins but what r u gonna do 2 minute report change the result.
News came out today we got screwed for the third time this season lane violation on the game tying basket to go to overtime
The bulls give any player that can ball supreme confidence lol you know you’re gonna get your 3 pointer off so if you wanna show out and you’re a shooting team, the bulls are the team to try against
These last 2 games the Bulls got really screwed by officiating. The league announced that Demar got fouled at the end of regulation in the first Cleveland game. And the "Mitchell 71" game the league announced that Mitchell committed a LANE VIOLATION that resulted in the put back that tied the game! The SAME game where they called TWO lane violations on Caruso!!! Those refs should be called out and suspended for incompetence. And perhaps investigated. Somethings not right. 😡😡😡
Happy new years! I know it was a horrible loss but we basically won that game we just fumbled the lead at the end. On the positive side the Bulls look like they’re collective intensity is much much higher
I smell a point shaving scheme. They need to investigate and find out if it’s the same group of refs making these bad calls or no calls.
@bullscentral can you do an episode about how today the NBA admitted that the refs missed major calls in the last 2 games against Cleveland? This is becoming a joke…we should have won the last 2 games but the refs cheated and helped the Cavs win. BULL CRAP…I'M SO MAD, MAN
