Draymond Green and the Golden State Warriors have been in a war of words with Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies for a couple years and that continued recently when Ja said Memphis is “fine” in the Western Conference. Draymond responded on his podcast saying that Ja himself is fine, but until the Grizzlies knock off the Warriors, Golden State is still on top.

I’m really hoping we get a Grizzlies-Warriors rematch in the WCF. If Ja didn’t miss that layup in Gm 1 it would’ve gone to 7.
The Brooks & Gary Payton incident just added so much drama that we didn’t get in any other series last season. 95% chance the Warriors beat 23 YO Ja and company in 6 again, but the entertainment value would certainly be higher than any other matchup. Barring a miraculous Lakers run.
Pels won’t get out of Rd 2 and if they do they’ll lose in 5. Nuggets are the new James Harden Rockets, aka, frauds. Suns, Mavs and Blazers only go as far as their best player can carry them which won’t be enough. T-Wolves can be dangerous until KAT has a temper tantrum and fouls out.
Clippers either lose in Rd 1 or win a championship. There is no in-between.
As dray said, the warriors vs Cavs are a rivalry, the Celtics vs lakers are, and on the other hand grizzlies and the suns are just wasting all our time when they have achieved none and trash-talking and most importantly speaking as if they have achieved nothing.

This is the 1st year the Grizzlies have outscored their opponent more with Ja playing than on the bench. Not impressed.
