    Defensive battle but we still managed to make the comeback. Credit to Royce, played straight like garbage last game but really stepped up tonight.

    Thank God Pels couldn’t finish at the rim, otherwise we would’ve been cooked by about 90 points.

    More importantly for us – I really think that seeing himself at 9 in All-Star Voting has had an effect on Claxton. It must be a hell of a feeling to will yourself into that position by hard work , seems he really wanted to make a statement and was motivated to play even harder.

    That was a dog fight. Pelicans fought hard. Claxton was amazing. The stars were off mostly. Ugly wins are going to happen throughout the night. I hope they get rest, they look a wee bit gassed

    Anyone see this? Kyrie threw his jersey to a lady in a Nets jersey, some dude in Pelicans gear snatched it, then was told to give it back. The dude thought he got a game jersey for a sec lol

    People need to calm the fuck down, acting like this team’s never made a comeback before. Royce was money tonight, Kai was clutch, KD MVP, and Clax was a destroyer.

    Y’all might not understand how massive this win was for us.

    We were quite likely about to flounder a bit if we couldn’t pull this one out, and to win when Kevin and Kai both have horrible shooting nights is awesome.

    4th Quarter Kyrie showed out again, and Simmons played Stifling defense on CJ entire second half. 10 assists too, I’m proud of him.

    Hopefully this game showed the Royce doomers that one game coming off an Illness isn’t the one to trade the man. He was shooting 43% from 3 before last game this season, and he proved that again with his shooting tonight.

    Clax for DPOY baby! Especially when fuckin Milwaukee is getting abused by Plumlee.
