  1. the suns haven't recovered mentally from the game 7 loss in last years play off run. There were alot of other factors besides basketball that went into that series going how it did. I don't think that the suns have a very strong locker room presence right now. I was at a suns rockets game recently and The energy was off. The game and the crowd were great but I mean the suns team energy. I think between the finals run playing out how it did and the historically bad performance in game seven last year, this team doesn't believe in itself like it did when the cp3 trade was fresh and future was bright. I said it as i was watching that game last year but outings like that in franchise defining games have a very serious lasting impact on organizations. Until this team gets some new blood and a leadership change I don't know what the future is going to look like. But its only up from here so there just going to have to figure it out.

  2. Thats how you can tell a good team versus a really good team. When Memphis loses a player or two, they still win.

  3. Main things the suns need are:
1- Get a better backup C, DA plays like a superstar one night and one night he plays like a LA fitness center, get somebody like Mo Bamba, the dude aint the greatest but he is good off the bench, or at least better than Bizzy and Landale.
2- Get a better backup PF, Torrey Craig can be the backup for Cameron Johnson, but come playoff time he needs to go back to the 3, Maybe sign Melo? Melo is a positive on the offensive end and would be a great bench piece behind Cam Johnson.
For Cameron Payne and Landry Shamet, I don't have a big problem with them I just wish they would recognise the situation they are in more.
Keep Josh Okogie in the rotation, he could be a great backup at Power Forward behind Melo because his hustle and defense is crazy good.
