The Texans have been attached in rumors to San Francisco quarterback Trey Lance, with some having concerns that this QB class isn’t the greatest. Should the Texans spend their top pick filling out other areas of need, and bring in Trey Lance to play quarterback? Or just take Bryce Young or CJ Stroud and be done with it?

take Young 1 overall, best edge rusher or if there is a big time linebacker ar 12 overall. Metchie should be good to go next year so that is your WR help, and draft Marvin Harrison JR next year. or if you really want to get wild, give up 12 overall to the Lions for Williams to reunite Young with both Metchie and him. them 3 would be unstoppable together like they were at Alabama

Do not give up a 1st round pick for Lance. If he was worth a lick, he wouldn't be on the trade block. 4th round pick at best.
Bryce has better college stats then every QB mentioned. Shows up in big games. Processes well and can excel in bad pockets

Isn't Davis Mills stats the same if not better than Trey Lance stats are. Davis Mills does have the most passes over 20 yards then any of the quarterbacks drafted in his class. And I forget the guy's name but he was drafted second overall Davis Mills stats are better than his stats are even though Trey Lance and that other guy arguably have a better team than the Texans yet Davis Mills stats are better

Trey lance have no value. I wouldn’t even give up a late first for him. He’s worth about a second maybe for upside but I don’t see potential and he has showed nothing in a small sample size. The 49ers gave up way too much for him and now it sounds like they don’t want him either.

Unfortunate to have these high picks, a need for a "decent QB" and like last yr, the QBS coming out of college are not really that impressive. Thinking out loud here….But I wonder what it would take to get Hundley from the Ravens, and then go after Bijan Robinson and as many other O line players and D line players that are decent?
