Sad. But isn’t that the coaches job to set the correct gameplan? Remember Joe Mazulla’s scouting notes got leaked on Quizlet? He’s the Celtics head coach. Where are Nate’s scouting notes? Do they even exist? Are they in a word document somewhere? Excel spreadsheet? Notepad file? Latex .Tex file? On his Notes app on his iPhone? On a sheet of 8.5×11 paper somewhere? Written on a thread of toilet paper?
Because based on the way the team is playing, there are no scouting notes. Nate just tells the team “let’s stay calm cool and connected, and good things will happen. Let’s go play basketball.” And then the game starts. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

Well with Schlenk out of the picture it’s not really surprising that the guys he brought in are departing either on their own terms or not. Field’s is the new guy calling the shots on a day to day basis so it makes sense he’d want to bring in guy’s he’s previously worked with and is close too. He’s had previous jobs with the San Antonio Spurs (college scout for 4 years) and the Austin Spurs (gm for 1 year) so he has preferred personnel.
