We've already seen the idea of trading a stat before their contract runs out. When will we see trading a rookie at the peak of their value knowing the fit with the team can't win a championship?
Last time pacers had an elite point guard? Mark jackson? This is new territory for the pacers and I like it. Ben can fit in easily no need to “work around him” he’s a stud extremely athletic. This is a pacers team we haven’t seen in 30 yrs
Excellent analysis.
Nembhard's emergence on defense is not surprising. He has Nesmith mentoring him.
Indiana seems like such a close knit team and they play so darn hard, fun team to watch. I`m a canadian very frustrated by the Raptors so I find watching games of the Pacers much more enjoyable . The veterans seem to be so good with Mathurin and Nembhard with helping them out and keeping Mathurins fiery personality in check sometimes, lol. What a bulldog., but then again think Andrew is too, says he got in lots of fights growing up with brother Ryan of Creighton because they were so competitive with each other, lol.
Pacers are a great surprise! No fear! They play hard!!!
