Sorry I know this isn’t the best place but I’m hoping I can get others feedback and compare.
I’m Australian based and ordered a Bane City edition jersey from Nbastore.com(.au) roughly a month and a half ago, I missed the first drop and jumped on the opportunity once I saw they were listed again for purchase. It arrived at my doorstep the other day and I’ve just gotten around to opening it up and noticed an extreme lack in quality compared to the previous jerseys I’ve bought over the last few years.
* The collar does not sit flush, like it looks like I’ve popped my collar when wearing it, which with my caucasity, is not a look
* The stitching around the collar and in general is abysmal, like heaps of loose strands and really poor sewing all over the thing including the jock tag
* The numbers/Memphis logo on the front looks fake? I know they are stickered on but they have a weird white outline and look visibly smacked on, compared to the other jerseys these look really cheap and tacky
* The material is really light, like really light? I’m not sure if they’ve just changed since I bought my last jersey a year ago but I can see through the thing when holding it up
Anyone that’s picked up one of these jerseys with similar or opposite experiences? I’ve raised a query with NBAstore as regardless I’m super disappointed in the quality, especially for $150AUD and waiting so long but hope I’m not being a Karen and this is justified.
