Doc probably is just relaying a PR statement sent from the medical team or someone higherup. Im not worried about what they're hiding, im more worried about how they're gunna treat whatever they're hiding if they are. If they need to bench Embiid cause of his injuries than so be it. You dont want him playing wif lingering injuries
