There was a time when we would have been blown out. We have gotten better. We still need a couple of pieces and our defense is good most of the time. Until the Knicks team understands, they must have relentless defense the entire game, because MSG is bigger than the team. Let's go Knicks!!!
No run offense at the bench
Hartenstein is a 7 footer with no defense!! He hurts the team with all his fouling. Makes stupid silly fouls. He gives us no offense. Sit his butt down and let Simms backup Mitch and our defense will be much better.
All good. We keeping up with the high caliber teams. Just need to keep growing and get healthy. Expected this one to be difficult.

Knicks competing hard they will be tough to beat when RJ returns and play with a full deck. Brunson a great signing. Can we pry Gary Trent Jr. from the raptors? Ex-Knick Bobby Portis would be a great fit here too as Hartenstein and Sims can't score.
With the way the game started, I am surprised we even had a chance to win this one. Randle had no business taking so many shots in that first quarter if he was not feeling it. Why do they let him brick so many shots like that without switching the game plan. Run a play, let someone else take shots. Try anything else. I blame the coaching.
As soon as Isaiah Heartenstein replaced Mitch, the Bucks started chipping away at our big lead in the second quarter. This dude gives me the Cringes. Smh

What you lack in talent you could replace in schemes. You see it a lot in football w/ average quarterback play and how proper deceptions could get you up outta dere’ with the W.Thibs lacks this quality and what makes matters worse is when it get employed on us it hurts now and it will when it matters most ✌🏾
To me… a healthy RJ could be the differing factor. A tad less of Fournier may accomplish more than a tough lost. Got to get healthy by the 3rd of this season. Team still look good and confident. Team is still intact. Lets get everyone healthy then let's consider changes more realistically. After all,, we can get some stretch help with 3 late first round draft picks. Then trade picks up in the draft to secure our future in 2023. We must be vigilant to see the big picture. The Knicks are in the driver's seat. All they have to do is make the playoffs. Many still don't expect them to win. But every team in the NBA want their players🤔 to their own desperation not ours. Exercise confidence Ny knicks, focus on the plan and just keep shooting! I miss the old Obi. The new 3 pt specialist is reminiscent to how the staff killed Knox when they made him a 3 point shooter. We’re going to lose Obi for lack of using the things that got him to the league and made him a fan favorite. Trading him now might be a great idea

Here's what doesn't add up: you have a short rotation, you play guys a ton of mins, but your D relies on max effort & you lose late. 200 miles of gas. 250 mile trip.
Gotta defend the 3 better. Randle switching and Mitch not closing out on Lopez killed us. Bucks did this same crap last time we played em..they don't miss 3s down the stretch.

It just didn't make any damn sense to have two players out there hart and Evan who wasn't doing anything. This was a winnable game I think that's what sucks the most

I really feel that looking at the big picture, although this hurt, not as bad as we feel. As fans we want instant gratification and be a title contender but it does not happen like that. It's a process. We need a stronger bench, ihart has not been great, we need more then 3 scorers, and with a stronger bench the starters should get more rest. But we are going in the right direction. Brunson has helped mold this locker room and the effort has been outstanding up and down the roster. Tough lose but in grand scheme we battled and should have closed out against a title contender.

We need RJ back. Evan and Hart need to take a seat. Insert Sims in that 9 man rotation. Hartenstein and Fournier are just not strong enough for the brand of bball we play

Thought it was a great game. Bucks have an experienced veteran team, they know how to close and win. Knicks still learning how to bring it home. Big improvement from last year for Knicks. 17 point lead means very little in the NBA. Players are too good. Knicks still packing the paint leaving open 3's – SMH
