Tyus after getting a long term deal this summer has stepped up and balled out when the Grizzlies are without Ja. Has to be one of the best backup PG’s in the league

The only NBA players I’ve ever played against in hs are Tyus and his brother. Always happy to see them do well.

He’s said before that he sees himself as a starter and he shows it the way he carries himself every night. Elite floor general without Ja on the floor and has really developed his offball game/catch-and-shoot 3 ball when playing with Ja.

Always been an irrationally big fan of his watching him on that Duke title run with Okafor. Such a smooth game with limited mistakes and loves to hit timely shots. I really wish he was a fulltime starting PG somewhere so he can breakout like Brunson has.
