Oh gawd… please don't trade OG or Pascal. We'd be left with Fred and Scottie, and lol!!!… That's sure the path to winning. Of course other teams want our best two players. Just keep Scottie, OG, Pascal, Koloko… draft a PG. Start again in a mini-rebuild. Just rebuild the backcourt.
If OG is traded, no team is giving up a Dmitch type package for OG. Zach Lowe is not an insider with sources like a Woj, Shames or Marc stein. Lowe said that as a guess with how many teams would love OG. OGs trade package is a Dejounte Murray type at the most. 3 1sts and a a young player or quality roleplayer. If Masai doesnt think thats enough then no team is trading for him and Raptors just keep OG.

When the Raps signed Otto I had a feeling that this guy would be on the injury list more than on the court. What a Big mistake to sign a guy who has a history of injuries and missed time.
Seriously the Raptors should just trade Otto Porter jr. Since coming to the Raptors it's only been injury after injury for him. We don't need that, we need good 3 point shooters that are able to play. There's the NBA trade deadline coming up, they should make a move and probably trade him for something we can use.
Unfortunately, i feel like the raptors will trade GTJ at the deadline for a center or another young guard. Then sign Fred a "Bet on Yourself" contract in the summer because they have a good relationship with him. Maybe sign him for 2-3 years where he has a player option for the latter years. If he plays well, they can renegotiate in 2-3 years or trade him. This way they can run it back with a similar core and the young piece from this year's draft.
Only indication that they might trade FVV at the deadline is the leaked report from Josh Lewenberg. There is no way Vanvleet leaked that, cuz it just makes him look greedy af. Raptors leaked it for sure because 1) It tells the league hey we offered him a contract and he didnt take it and we take care of our players and 2) in the offseason we cant afford to pay him 28+mil now because of his poor play. Win-Win scenario for the Raps.
