I think 2 seconds for Reddish is worth a shot if the price for Bogdanovic, Oubre or Bey are too high

Surely moving Windler in this trade

No thank you, black hole on offense and work ethic issue. Don’t want that in a locker room looking to compete!

This might be a crazy thought given his injury concerns, but what about reading for Hayward? Levert and Okoro would be enough to get it done as it gets Charlotte off the salary. Can possibly send Levert to a 3rd team. If healthy, you can’t really ask for a better 5th starter who fills a position of need

  5. I would do that. I think he is still young enough to turn it around. If it was the raptors or spurs he was traded from yes but hawks and knicks aren’t teams I would give the benefit of the doubt especially with development and chemistry issues.

A player with an inconsistent role and minutes on two messy organizations.

People wouldn’t have said this years ago, but have faith in Cleveland culture.

If a player of his tools can buy into being a good roll player on a championship team it could be game changing for the price.

I was against trading for him last year but I’m for it now.

Knicks fan here to give you the deets, DONT

This guy makes every ducking bad decision you can on offense and forces so many fucking idiotic shots. He’s good for a few timely 3s and some steals and fast breaks but good lord has he been a disappointment

There’s something definitely off with Reddish.

If Cam Reddish wasn’t ranked high as a HS recruit nobody would want him. He stunk in college, stunk as a rookie, stunk as a sophomore, stunk year 3, and stinks year 4

    He has a miserable attitude.

As a general rule of thumb, if you aren’t one of the ten best players on the team at a bare minimum you should be a good teammate, unselfish, and focus on growth.

Instead Cam is a selfish baby with a terrible attitude.

He’s not even a good shooter. Terrible %s across his career from 3 and 2. Can’t dribble or pass.

He’s tall and athletic. Who cares.

Cam should have been drafted in the second round but people have faith in him because he was supposed to be a college star

He was a bust of a college prospect, a bust as an NBA prospect, and a bust for the Knicks. He will be available for a min deal next offseason if we have interest

id do it, team culture is great here and JB is known for his player development prowess. We desperately need someone to step up at that spot and all current options are way too inconsistent

  11. If that’s the price, he could be had for a second. I don’t like him at all, but at that price, with leaders like Mitchell, Rubio and others, there’s a chance he gets a wake up call. He’s out of the league if not.

In theory, he’s absolutely perfect for the job, this is the ultimate low risk high reward situation considering his price tag.

If it’s just Windler and a second, sign me up.

Yes there are clear issues, but that is why he is available. It might not work, but his profile is exactly what we don’t have. 6’8 athletic wing with 3 and D potential. If it works out and he turns it around, it’s a home run and he could be the long term starter at the 3 that fits the timeline of the young core. If it doesn’t, and he is not a fit, we walk away this summer, out only a second round pick.

  13. Might as well shoot our shot. It’s not as if have a real standout player at the 3. Reddish overdribbles without a plan and get stuck under the basket a lot plus shoots some boneheaded shots, but those are definitely things that could get ironed out if he puts his work in.

It’s not as if those second rounders will have a high success rate of panning out.

To me it all depends on if he buys into a role. His corner 3 percentages the last two seasons are light years above any of our options not named Dean or Cedi. If he can buy into playing a limited role and putting in effort on D, he could bridge the gap between the flawed options available at SF. It wouldn’t be my first choice, but if no other realistic options materialize I think it’s worth a flyer if it’s cheap enough. Attempting to fix Reddish’s flaws is preferable to me compared to just hoping Windler can ever stay healthy again.
