he has an old school boom bap style (makes sense since he says he’s Nas inspired) but I don’t think it really meshes well with that new school trap-ish type of beat/hook, also still needs to work on his delivery and cadence because having a unique voice and having punch to enunciate bars is what makes old school work (all of which is now a lost art). Doing the whole mellow monotone vibe thing but with an old school style of flow just makes him sound like he’s reading off his phone not riding the beat
