I won’t go into anything that puts Joel Embiid down. He’s fucking great. But this Philly homer is twisting himself into knots trying to talk KOC into something. If the world thought Embiid deserved the MVP, I’d give him the slow clap, tip my hat, etc. The very best part of it all is that everyone cares so much…except Jokić himself who could give a fuck.

Like man, for one of these guys we don’t need to *envision* that, Jokic has done it for like 7 straight years. That should absolutely be a relevant factor when comparing the two.

Based his whole argument on Embiid > Jok on “Jokic not being good on defense.” First off, that old and tired take is the quickest way to out ourself as uninformed and not paying attention. When KOC refutes that he says, “you’re telling me if you watched Jokic in a really important game where he’s going all out, and you didn’t look at any numbers, you’d look at that guy and say ‘he’s above-average on defense’?” And when KOC says “Yes!” He just laughs and dismisses him.
