I love melo don't get me wrong but for him to turn the corner he have to develop a more consistent game. Ik he has no help but he left at least 10 points on the floor and also missing that lay up at the end. PJ, Oubre, McDaniels, Nick Richards, and DSJ are free agents after this season. So the team should be a whole lot better if they make the right signings. If Hornets can trade Hayward & Rozier now for better pieces than the future may be bright but if the Hornets want to tank until Melo contract expire in 2024 then so be it. Hopefully Melo can play on a better team in near future.

As a raptors fans I’d give up Gary Trent jr, Fred vanvleet and a 1st for lamello. Just because you hornets fans are losing doesn’t mean you should underestimate how good lamello truly is. He’s going to be a superstar and I’d love to have him.
