A question I had that I looked into.
How many MvPs have eventually gone to the NBA Finals?
Going back to the inception of the MvP in 1955-56 season only Derrick Rose, Steve Nash, and Nikola Jokic have not gone to the NBA Final sand of these 3 players two are currently still playing in the NBA.
So according to this stat it would be unlikely that Jokic does not go to the NBA Finals and considering how dominate the Nuggets are, how their team health is back on their side, and how wide open the West is with teams like the Clippers, Suns, and GsW floundering, I would say the Nuggets are going to the NBA Finals this year.
