As the leader and super star, he is right, but saying it how he did sends a bad message. If I understand your report, he essentially said when I'm not on the court extended minutes, the backup T, Mann; Covington, etc, aren't good enough for us to win. I may agree, but his message is selfish and not team first. He should have said we are still getting into a consistent flow, and the more we solidify our rotation and reduce minutes restrictions, we will be fine. Something like that would show more leadership than what he said.
Lastly, for a few games, Ty didn't play Covington, which was weird and may have cost them in the Win column
How many times will the Clippers use load management and get poor results??
Most injuries are non contact and can happen any min but when you go s long period of time with out playing games and throwing a fresh player into the play offs you have a higher risk of getting injured.

The kind of talent and depth the Clippers have, they have no business being a 500 team even if they're load managing Kawhi and PG….The bleak season thus far is also on Ty Lue and the coaching staff!…The Pels and Grizzlies have also had their share of injured stars and and are 6-8 games ahead….that should be unacceptable for an org that has championship goals this season
