For a quarter and a half, it looked like the Celtics were in trouble in Charlotte. But then Robert Williams made some incredible hustle plays and turne the game around. Jayson Tatum and Malcolm Brogdon made sure the effort wasn’t wasted. As long as the celtics move the ball and cut they'll average 120 like they did at the years start. And if they defend at a top 10 level they are unbeatable. its all about health and consistency
Hoping that White is ok. Before he got hurt he started off the game absolutely on fire. But after he went down and with Jaylen already out, Brogdon & Pritchard both stepped up (how about PP’s steal on LaMelo😏)and Rob was just a beast! They started off pretty flat but once again Rob’s energy & determination were contagious and these guys turned it up a notch. Smart was a good distributor but he really was awful from three and I wish he could see that sometimes and attack instead. And then there’s Tatum. Just another clinic from him tonight. Let’s all collectively say a prayer that Derrick’s injury heals well.🙏🏻Thanks John!🔒☘️
I do agree with John that Boston has to treat a bad team the same as a good team. Once you impose your will on a bad team they will fold.
That's why Celtics fans love Rob Williams. because he doesn't know how to quit! And he keeps the Celtics motivated and the effort level high.
This team desperately needs a back up wing…. 37 minutes for Tatum against the hornets is concerning and he one of the league leaders in minutes
Rob gets the cs to a gear no other team in this league can hit. If Tatum is low energy and settling, Rob is able to break him out of that by hustling. When JT or JB see a guy like Rob giving it 100% they just want to follow !
