Taking into account this information "The Lakers are focused on the next three seasons in the trade market, not just this one".
I have been looking for a lot of good trades for the lakers while aiming for the title this year and a good list for the years after Lebron James the GOAT.
Here is a list that seems really top for this crazy project.
Jeannie Buss is going to have to pay the luxury tax during the last few years of Lebron James' contract.
Trade Patrick Beverley and Juan Toscano-Anderson and 1 first pick 2027 for Gary Trend Jr.
Trade Kendrick Nunn and 2 second picks for Cam Reddish.
Trade Lonnie Walker (difficult to extend) and Damian Jones in SWAP for Alec Burks.
Trade Troy Brown Jr and 1 second pick for Jalen McDaniels(Hornets).
Sign Demarcus Cousins.
To preserve the chemistry extend Austin Reaves, Thomas Bryant, Wenyen Gabriel and try to extend Dennis Schröder and Russell Westbrook(Russell Westbrook as a playmaker I don't see who will be better without spending too much in assets for now, or try to set up a sign and trade to get a better point guard than Dennis Schröder who has to be a backup).
Pray that Anthony Davis finishes the 2022-2023 season healthy and finishes the 2023-2024 season with 65 games played(pray for him).

Otherwise I had an idea to trade Gary Harris, Terrence Ross, Mo Bamba instead of Gary Trend Jr, Alec Burks, Jalen Mcdaniels but I have a strong doubt on the success of this project.
And one last idea that is more realistic compared to the Bojan Bogdanovic and Nerlens Noels rumors.
Trade Russell Westbrook and 1 unprotected first pick and 1 second pick for Bojan Bogdanovic, Alec Burks, Nerlens Noel.
Kendrick Nunn and 2 second picks for Cam Reddish.
Sign Demarcus Cousins.
Find a way to trade Patrick Beverley for Jordan Clarkson without a first pick.
If voracious try to get Jalen Mcdaniels as mentioned in the first proposal or cancel this trade for more success for Jordan Clarkson and reverse the names in the team composition if necessary.
