Washington reportedly wants to build around Beal/Tingis/Kuzma so I expect them to start playing better soon and likely act as buyers at the deadline (they also like never tank). LA and Chicago both owe their pick to another team so neither is gonna be trying to tank. OKC could decide to tank, or go for the play-in, depends on if they shut Shai down.
