Randle was on beast mode today!
Good win but Thibs is basically playing 6 guys. Even with back to back games. When the schedule toughens in February guys will be burnt out and we will be toast against rested top notch talent. You see it now with 7 games are more with blown double digit leads. We can be happy now and with a scrappy Toronto team tomorrow. It's going to be tough.

The difference between Dabol and Thibs. Is Dabol motivates players and gives them a chance and is creative enough to adapt to his players. Not Thibs same system and sticks to his system without adjustments. Burns players out and no confidence in players or bench. His adjustment is playing starters more minutes only

You can tell Thibs isn't yelling at the players as much. He's voice sounded gone almost after every game last season. Jalen and Randle have been amazing together. Love the minutes Grimes is getting and he play's solid defense, Quickly had another solid outing coming off of the bench. RJ still needs to get a bit better, he's the weak point of this offense atm and his defense has been sub-par when he's usually a solid on the ball defender. Knicks just need to bring in one more scoring SG or SF. I'd love to see Obi in that roll or, Cam. Cam and Thibs don't see eye to eye, we need to trade Cam while he still has some value left. We did lose a second round draft pick for tampering for talking to Jalen too soon. So it would be nice to get a decent player and a second round pick to make up for the one, that the league took from the Knicks.
