The front office hasn't backed off of trading Quickley because they were never gonna trade Quickley.The man has always been an advanced statistics god and the Knicks employ 8 people in their advanced statistics department so they value that more than almost every other NBA team,And the problem with trading for Caruso is that he's gonna need some of Quickely's minutes and I can't see that happening and he's too valuable to not play him and we'd have to give up a protected first for him and that's not happening(or shouldn't be happening).You can't have KP coming back here because the guy makes 30 million a year and he's gonna opt out and get an even bigger contract and to pay all that money for that guy is crazy
The bench needs to play more especially in games like this!!! The bench unit has suffered a loss of chemistry 🧪 ( no D rose 🌹, injuries, and I-hart) Hartenstein needs to sit. He is about 35% of the reason the bench can’t catch a flow. It’s going to take some time for them to find rhythm 🥁 cause they’ve lacked consistency to this point. They’ll grow. Otherwise they’ll be forced due to Thibs overusing the starting 5 🩼🤕🩼
I love Quickley. I like his leadership. He helps some of the newer players, you can at times see him directing on the floor, he is fearless in big moments, doesn’t get down when he is missing shots, he improves some aspect of his game every off season. I like him and his game. I hope we do not trade him. I am not surprised to see so many teams that are interested in trading for him.
Lee getting much more grace than he gave Randle. The crowd should dismantle him for his prior mistakes and petition to trade him for his inaccuracies but they don't. Cuz it is a lame way to be, innit?
Everything is so negative, we won ,we been winning wtf, I really think all these so called Knicks bloggers would be happier if knicks were losing so they could just trash Randle and Thibs, no wonder nobody wants to play for us,
Hahaha… IQ was the only rookie who was given a significant minutes of play time without any worries of being taken back to the bench no matter how horrible or how good he is playing… So IQ now is ahead of the other young players in terms of development…
Obi was given limited minutes no matter how good he was playing… he was still taken to the bench… remember that… you all got confused too…
In case of Deuce… this is his first NBA games…
Some of yall got amnesia all of a sudden…
And one more… try bringing significant scoring with 2 min per quarter and your role is to stand behind 3 pt line… and ask you not to play fast and never leak out…
Success of a young player depends on the coach…
Please dont forgot how Obi scores consecutivr 30 plus points if given enough minutes… Rhythm player…
IQ shooting 2 of 14 or shooting poorly in some games without assist but Thibs never pulled him out… still given his minutes…
Its about favoritism… gives you more chance to succeed…
