For some reason every other teams injuries are mentioned. I had to hear about New Orleans without BI and Herb or Phoenix without Crowder and Johnson. Excuses have been made for every team dealing with injuries….. now before you tell me those guys are better players (I agree) you have to keep in mind their importance to their teams success is similar to the guys we’re missing in Dallas.
BI and Herb are better players but that doesn’t mean they are more important to NO than Doe, Green, and Maxi are to the Mavs.
We’ve seen the minutes catching up to Luka. The offense is all time high because we are asking more of Luka but the defense as a whole is suffering and so is Luka’s defense.
I fully expect the Mavs record to improve with people coming back and the schedule getting easy.
