I remember we were really starting to mesh well, like they were putting consistent numbers every game but then the lockdown happened and I think that messed things up along with the bubble

That team was a division winner and 4th in the loaded west. What do you mean “why didnt they do better”?
Also, a team is comprised of more than 2 people.
Thirdly, the Hawks are at .500, so hard to say this stat means much to a successful team.

I think Westbrook was injured in the bubble and the team had no center

Were you expecting Harden and one legged Russ to beat Lebron and AD in the playoffs?

Because its 5 on 5, not 2 on 5. You’re not going to win much in the NBA with 61 points a game.

As others have said a championship team is more then just two guys and some stats.

Individual performance are not always absolutely correlated or intuitively conducive with specific team outcome (I.e., win/loss). Specially, we were missing a diversity of looks without a vertical rim threat which resulted in the unsustainability (for lack of a more practical word off the top of my head) of playing an undersized center lineup which most called Small Ball but what Daryl and team intended as **Skilled Ball**

How many games did they really play together though? One or the other sat out here and there
