Warriors won against Spurs because there’s 68k fans watching, now they won coz Dray is trash talking with a fan that got him motivated. How about won a game against a low seeded team on a normal day/game 😅 I hope they have this consistent energy/urgency throughout this season
Reminds me of an old football story. I’ve forgotten who the subject was, but apparently a true tale. This team had an O-lineman who was a good player, but pretty laid back, and only really exceptional when he got mad. One game, when his quarterback decided they needed to fire him up, he jumped on a big pile of players where this guy was pinned at the bottom with his leg sticking out, then BIT the lineman on his calf, really hard. When he got up, he was absolutely fuming, and the QB pointed to one of the other team’s linebackers as the guy who had bit him. From then on, he was mowing down anyone who came within 5 yards of him. 🙂
