How the LA Clippers Pulled Away To Complete the Series Sweep vs Houston

The Los Angeles Clippers were in what felt like a must-win regular season game against the Houston Rockets on Sunday Afternoon. As usual, they were missing several key players including Paul George, John Wall, Marcus Morris, & Luke Kennard.

In this episode, Die hard Clipper Fan and Host Darian Vaziri talks about how the Clippers pulled away, why it was so close and what they did to clean up, and closes with looking ahead to the Clippers’ week ahead and how much the John Wall injury impacts them.

  1. These injuries are getting very concerning for the clippers. When you look at the remaining schedule it almost looks unfair how difficult it’s gonna be from February until the end of the season. If we don’t turn this thing around we’ll be a play-in team at best.

  2. Terrance should especially when PG returns He’s ver good athletic defender who can guard those smaller guards and take pressure off 213 to guard them and he does a really good job of getting off the ball and creating opportunities at the rim which they lack in the starting lineup

  3. I want to see Mann and RoCo get a consistent 20-25min / gm, and could stand to see some more BB Jr for 12-15min.
Sorry, Mook and Reggie – but we need proper wings to fly. Even PG could take a bit more rest more often to get in better playoff shape and re-focus his role.

  4. You take the win, but the real test always is playing against the better teams all the while Lue & company continue to figure things out because after half the season over.

  5. I don't know about the point guard spot, but I believe he should start…. Ever since game5 against Utah I've seen his potential to be GREAT…….. CLIP GANG OR DONT BANG!!!😎✌

  6. I believe terrance should start every game until wall comes back because I believe wall should eventually take over that starting spot. One thing is for certain tho is terrance should finish every game

  7. Zubac was playing really bad,he's a good big something is wrong with his conditioning,
As a coach you gotta sub him out quickly, you can tell Moses is ready to go by his body language he wants this opportunity when it comes, and is playing pretty well
Ty lue just doesn't notice anything until the game is close to being lost,
The losing in first halfs, and 0-2 starts that's all ty lue

  8. Mann should continue starting at point guard for sure. Reg has declined and Wall doesn’t fit. Mann should only move to the bench if the Clips acquire a better point guard.

  9. Right now, the starting position should be Terrance own to loose. He's been the best at that position this year. Regarding the overall game, I believe they could have blown it open at any time. However, blowing out the Rockets from the first half helps no one. Only the win was important. It was better to use this game to work on weaknesses, plays, communication, and chemistry. All of these will be helpful against better teams and making a deep run
