Is it over?

  1. Honestly, this team is old and every player has already reached their peak and is in decline. Hard reset is fine w/ me.

It’s. Been. Over. Why is it so hard for you guys to see?

If you have to ask… that’s not a good sign. I do think contrary to opinion that a few good trades can right the ship. But it needs to happen asap

  4. It’s been over since Kawhi got hurt in the Jazz series.

This current iteration of the clippers are done. Now they have to retool which is still doable but they gotta get serious

Starting unit has showed it can compete and even play better the elite teams starting unit. Our bench unit is an utter disaster. Ty continues to make bad rotations which puts players in spots where they don’t succeed. That crates chemistry issues. Our bench unit, even with Kawhi or PG always look stuck in the mud for big portions of every game. Unless there’s a monumental trade that happens, this team is cooked

Remember when Blake was dribbling the ball off his knee or shooting a terrible forced shot when the game mattered most? Then we traded him. Same thing is happening with PG where you expect a stupid pass or him getting picked on a crossover. Walking turnover and doesn’t box out and his defense has deteriorated. Sometimes a difficult but necessary trade is what is needed. I appreciate what PG has done for us but if there is solid value in acquiring multiple players and picks, you make that deal.

We had two shots at the title: 2020 and 2021. It’s already over for this era unless making the playoffs is the goal. Tbh we’re far worse than the last Lob City team and have the same clear and obvious chemistry issues.

There are two plays: throw in our remaining chips to fix the holes at point guard & center so that we can make a last gasp run with this group …OR… trade PG for assets so that we can get started on a rebuild.

It’s all good. Hopefully Boston wins it all, then we can look back at our two regular season games against them and tell ourselves “if only we made it to the finals, we had it locked”.

    Yeah it’s over.

Too much holes on the roster, too much missed games from kawhi and George, bad coaching.

Three horrible combinations. I would say in order from the blame goes:

    1) Powell
    2) zubac
    3) John wall
    4) ty lue
    5) Lawrence Frank
    6) kawhi and George missing too many games

Like tonight, Lue played Powell triple the minutes as roco even though roco been on fire lately. Lue is just a dumbass, he has short term memory. Even if something works, he goes back to what he initially thought was right instead of sticking with what works.

We need to bench or trade all of zubac, Powell, morris, wall by deadline

I’ll say it again: Thank you, Joe Ingles
