What the C’s did was probably one of, if not the best turnaround mid season in recent history. It shouldn’t be the goalpost for every sub .500 team. Just call a spade a spade, the Clippers are a team that didn’t, and still doesn’t, respect the game by trying to find loopholes in the system by becoming part time players and karma came full circle.
The difference between the two (Clippers and last season’s Celtics), they were mostly all playing and able to form chemistry in order to turn it around…

MAxey off the bench makes them better…they need to upgrade the wing or get a 3/4 defender that can get a bucket as well…House/Tucker can't be the only option and as well as Thybulle is playing he doesn't get regular minutes to build any confidence, but their roster is tight…no excuses. Send Thybulle somewhere and get a piece you want if you aren't going to play him…feels like they are just trying to squeeze him into a minimal contract long term then they will play him…but who knows.

it's funny how Candice brought up the Celtics. When the Clippers went after Kawhi and PG-13 they thought they were going to be the Celtics of the West. Kawhi and PG were supposed to be Taytum and Brown. Instead load management and lack of team chemistry have held this team back and I think it's too late to fix it. Other teams might experience their lows(76ers maybe cos of their tough schedule according to Lefkoe) but they played together for the most part and that'll just make them stronger. At the end it's team chemistry combined with skills that win championships, not just skill which is the Clippers. More iso's and less assists according to Parker. This all comes back to Kawhi and PG not playing together with the rest of the team.
love JC on the panel. other that that, even Shaq seemed bored with this crew. regarding the Sixers, they're my team but it's hard to see them getting past the cs and mil with the turnovers and poor rebounding. that being said, i think we have a better chance given equal injury status to starters. Sixers are deep and can beat good teams without Joel or James, maybe even both, if the opposition is similarly hurting.
