This was purchased back on Black Friday for ~$114 and I’ve gotten 4 emails in the last 3 months, telling me that it’s been delayed every time. I contacted customer service before Xmas wondering if there’s an ETA on this product and the ensured me it would ship mid Jan.

Yup, this is common. I also had one order canceled by them despite them showing “instock” on their website. Another item went around the country before it landed in town 3 weeks later. NBAStore.com is a mess.
