Good fight from an undermanned team but I’m so fucking sick of watching FT contests every night.

NBA needs to figure out their reffing so badly.

  2. Unsure why I tuned in for the 4th. Classic wolves. Can’t do a thing with Ant doubled.

  3. DoYouEvenDoubleLeg

    Another morale victory. ^^^^end ^^^^me

  4. fanofloons

Being a MN sports fan has been rough this week….

  5. Can’t believe I stayed up for that… Oof. Not a great finish.

  6. DrunkMarkJackson

Russell has to be gone. We need a point guard and he’s not running the offense. He can’t get anyone a clean look and is dribbling the air out of the ball and making awful decisions down the stretch. Gotta move him to salvage the season

  7. edgykitty

Jokic just gets to BULLY everyone. Got lucky he didn’t foul out, but whatever. They could barely keep up with us without KAT or Gobert I ain’t pressed.

  8. Just can’t seem to get over the top.

This happens of course when you’re a subpar team. Also hurts to have Rudy and KAT out too I guess

  9. Northern_Brewed

If i had a dollar for every time this franchise has blown a 4th quarter lead in my lifetime I might be the richest person on earth. It’s absolutely astounding

  10. TysonChandlerBing

poorly officiated game on both ends but honestly we fought hard. The 4th quarter collapse was unfortunate but the biggest takeaway is how tough and gritty we were for most of that game. That’s all

  11. YvesSa1nt

Not sure why I’m upset right now…no right to be in that game in the first place.

  12. I know we’re hurt, but I’m tired of losing games it feels like we should be able to win. Blowing leads late like this is just painful.

  13. TheTattooedReferee

We gave away at least 6 points off where the nuggets inbounded a dead ball quickly and the wolves were scrambling to get back on defense. So frustrating, that’s some highschool stuff

  14. FlyingScissor

Tough loss. Really missing KAT and Gobert in this one.

  15. JesuitPeriwinkle

Just a very mentally weak team in the clutch. Don’t know how you fix that when it’s been an issue for years.

Still a good effort being short handed against a healthy Finals favorite.

  16. crimfang

Really have to score on one of those last 6 possessions lol

  17. DiabolicalToast

We all knew this is how it would end the entire way. This team is embarrassingly predictable. Nobody is better at giving away games than the Timberwolves.

  18. arcadeyeezy

Why do they close with Russell, how do you hit the side of the backboard

  19. AntMan_Stan

I came in expecting a loss, but that one still hurt. Absolutely no stopping Jokic without Rudy, hopefully he’s not out for an extended stretch.

  20. Puzzleheaded_Tap_861

this game was a great game by us i feel , we did very well
no rudy and kat so i never expected us to win
ant could’ve done better maybe but apart from that great game
    love naz reid

  21. mr_bendos_friendo

Can’t wait to see what they get for D-Lo. I’m over that dude.

  22. Hammerfd5

Wolves shit their pants deep in the 4th quarter 2 games in a row

  23. Not having our draft pick makes these losses so much more painful. So tough to be optimistic right now.

  24. wildcardchar

Honestly proud of how hard they fought. As good as the nuggets are, if we have KAT and Rudy to defend Jokic, we match up fucking well and I wouldn’t mind having a series with them in the post season (if we make it obviously)

  25. Hoodieninj

Felt inevitable. Denver was literally unstoppable those last several minutes.

  26. VikingsandWolves

We run no plays in the 4th quarter down the stretch..

We consistently choke down the stretch with Finch as HC.

  27. sancho43

We almost beat the refs and the best team in the west, on the road, without our 2 highest paid players

  28. FreshStartWolves

I am once again broken. This team is just so dumb.

  29. PlayInChampions

Clutch is not our time sadly. Last game, today, Pelicans, many others. Up by 5 and give up 9-0 run.

Great effort, nice game. Would be cool to go 5/5 from 3 in last quarter after starting 3/16 but this is allowed only against Minnesota, our team can’t have it. Had 10+ lead in last 12 games, won only 6 of them. This team can play, just can’t win as much as they should have.

  30. Sad the way it ended, kinda reminds me of the old days, but then again, we are extremely short-handed and they are leading the West. But yeah, could have won this.

  31. FullBonus

I’m begging the front office to please get a point guard that can actually control the floor. Get DLO out of here

  32. JustWinBabys

Finch has no idea how to use challenges. Tired of watching him save these when he might have a saved a few points earlier in the game.

  33. gobble6gobble9

Ima casual fan but I feel like we lose a lot of games like that. I can see us turning the corner but it never seems to happen.

  34. LonesomeWulf

Ending was disappointing, but it was about as good of a game as one could expect with our top 2 centers out against the two time reigning MVP and current #1 seeded team. I hope Ant learns how to operate when people focus on him more, I get they were playing him tougher than normal but he didn’t really do much as the team’s best player down the stretch. Tough game but good effort honestly.

  35. flyguymasai

As soon as Jamal hit that three you knew it was done! We gotta win these games if we wanna be anything above the 9th seed

  36. CausticBurn

That Gobert trade sucks but the real problem is DLo and Ant decision-making fr

  37. Sam7sung

We had our foot on their neck and couldn’t finish it off. If we had gotten blown out I could understand the injury excuse but we were leading for 46/47 minutes of the game

  38. 1000Isand1

Watching the highlights of today’s games, man I fucking hate the Grizzlies and Ja. Sucks to lose to the Nuggets tonight but I hope the Nuggets destroy the Grizz in the playoffs.

  39. Janderson2494

How many stops did we get in the 4th? 1?

  40. HackWaters

This team gotta grow up at some point. They’d have a much better record if they knew how to operate in crunch time. All these other teams keep showing us 1st hand how it’s done. I don’t know if it’s coaching or not having an actual point guard, but it doesn’t feel like anything was learned from the Memphis series.

  41. Bigchonky3

ANT needs to make his decision faster. He had Jokic 1 on 1 and didn’t try to drive or shoot until someone doubles him. He needs to catch the ball and move. Make double teams tough to execute.

  42. Naz had Ant wide open for 3 and he deadass threw it in the stands, the IQ in this team is just something ain’t it?

  43. VikingsandWolves

We need an assistant coach specifically to help Finch draw up plays at the end of games and out of timeouts/out of bound plays.

His “free-flowing offense” works great for the majority of the game, but when the game slows down it looks like our players have no idea what to do and start to hesitate.
