The report is NOT TRUE. They asked Luka in post game interview “how do you approach the front office, and are these reports true that you have urged the team management for upgrades in the roster?” <not word for word but this is literally what they asked and Luka said he does not approach them in that way whatsoever and it sounds like he thinks it’s inappropriate to approach that way. He also said he maintains good communication and he said it himself they are not true.

he had Porzingis AND Brunson with good role players on the team… I blame Luka and the coaching staff… When Porzingis plays multiple games with 30+ minutes and doesnt even get 10 touches let alone 10 shots… thats just sad, poor leadership and poor coaching. you had the pieces and didnt use them dont cry about it now

Mavs have completely changed its roster multiple times to accommodate Luka. At this point Luka just can't blend with many players to be competitive. Maybe Luka needs to change his style to be competitive like many Championship winners before him. His style of play is at issue.
