A fantastic showing especially after the Pacers clawed back and Myles was contesting and swatting everything in sight. KRich shows what a mature and grown man means in the NBA as does the maturation of Shai, IJoe and Lu. Josh, JDub, Poku, Ous and Chet and hopefully Tre and JWill in two years following the same plane?
Right now I believe Saturday’s game against a rising, very competitive Kings team away will be a terrific litmus test.
Here’s an off the wall float for you. Perhaps the Thunder or you could arrange a travel package for their far-away fans in a time slot where they play two games. Make it all-inclusive, maybe not, with perhaps including meeting some of the players and management.
You and the other Thunder coverers like Brandon, Nick and the most beautiful woman in the world, Paris, could host it. I’m going on 83 but I swoon every time I see her.
I know 0-5 is a possible scenario in the next few games, but I really think it’s very unlikely with how they’ve been playing lately. I think this team has figured out how to win games in the league. They’re not the same team as they were at the beginning of the season. They really have elevated their play to a much better level, and the recent road trip shows that. I think they can beat Sacramento, and if they do lose it’s not a big deal either. If the shooting stays hot, they have a winning formula around Shai and Giddey!
