Scottie plays center (on offense at least) and had his best 10 game stretch of the season prior to this.

Scottie is a big man. He needs a point guard to play with who can get him involved in pick-and-roll actions, and feed him in the post.
This is why I donāt get when people say heāll be unleashed with Fred out. Fred isnāt a great playmaker but heās better than nothing. Scottie has scored plenty of times off of passes from him.

He seemed really gassed by the second half. I think the PG duties probably took a bit outta him, thatāll definitely change with time. Also just needs to be more assertive at times but again Iāll write that off the age/politics with the roster

I think it’s because he’s playing the PG. Until he develops his perimeter game, he’s best suited as a point-center when the decision making is quick and simple.

He was red hot in the first, didn’t play much in the 2nd I think… Siakam, Precious and GT started taking all the shots after that. I nean it was working, until it wasn’t. We know he’s happy to take a secondary role while others are hot, which is a good thing.
