I think scoring isn't a problem, immediately. I feel that the Mavs need a BIG, then a guy who is that "2nd star" , Gary Trent would be a nice shooter to have on the team! He's younger too and I think would surely help so YES

I know a lot of people won’t agree but I think we should trade Bertans and Powell and someone else for a second star I would say McGee and also pick up Demarcus Cousins because he is a free agent. When healthy Demarcus is a beast plus he’ll be a solid back up behind Christian Woods

They’re going to trade Green, Hardy and Wood and Luka will leave.
Not "T" for Trade CW. Not "P" for Pass on CW. How about "F" for Flexibility (remember that?)) or for Fail Again or for Freak It Up Again because CW will leave as a free agent. The Mavs will quietly (meaning loudly) blame CW for not bargaining in good faith.

tbh, I can see D'Angelo Russell being traded to the mavs for thj & bertans and a pick.. and that's because (imo) the Wolves will slowly retool their roster
Dallas need: 1. second ball handler = Van Vleet 2. two shooters Bojan Bogdanovič and Anunoby 3. rim portetcor who will play 5th = Richaun Holmes (Wood on 4th position) what is normal and not 1 center and 2 wings like now.
Gary Trent Jr is nice. However rim protection is the biggest issue with them there perimeter defense is extremely good and was good until they lost all of there defenders which everyone just likes to ignore. If Wood doesn’t get an extension ship him off to get Turner as a sign and trade and if you can get Hield great if not fine. Get Quickley from the Knicks and do what you need to do to get them to open up our first this year so you can use those picks to add something else. I highly doubt Turner is going to take Wood and some other player and 3 firsts especially on a expiring deal.
