P.J. Washington would be a good bookend with Grant. Ironically, they are identical in measurements and even their stats per 36 minutes are very similar. I don't believe the Blazers are gonna use any exemption for trades though. They would need to include a player(s)/salary swap.

I think the last few performances from Rui will make wizards ask for a 1st. i dont think its worth to waste a 1st atm for a role player.
Another option is to trade Hart and/or Keon/Watford (maybe add a 2nd) for Rui n Reddish
