For those who still defend Silas’s decisions the last year and half, or who want to blame Stone over Silas, do Silas’s utterly brain dead and non-reality based answers to the questions he gets from reporters not make you pause and think, “hey, maybe our coach is just an idiot who should be fired ASAP”? Because his answers don’t sound like a secret genius in on a tank, or a poor head coach being pushed around by a front office and covering for them — they sound like an idiot defending his unending string of stupid decisions.

And not just on Sengun, his answers about playing Nix have been just as ridiculous.

The irony of Silas is that he could have saved by letting Alpi play more, but he chose to cut him.

He doesn’t like Alpi for some reason, and tried to cut him as much as possible. He is a very sinister character.

Not sure what else can be said. The guy brings nothing. Tell me one thing he has coached to a plus? He doesn’t even know what happened in the games as this video shows.

Silas won’t get another head coaching job in NBA for a very long time after this. Why did it have to be the Rockets that gave this bum his first opportunity as a head coach after he was an assistant coach for roughly 20 years?

If yall remember there was a time when alpi was struggling in post finishes and trying some random shit i think this explains it.No entry passes and not letting him play the way he wants was Silas’s sinister plan

I’ll admit I didn’t watch the full clip, but based on the quote, I can say that imo Sengun is a great passer but can forget to take advantage of the attention he draws inside with the ball and attempts some shots he doesn’t need to. Now clearly he is our best option to play around but he just needs to not get too caught up in a one on one type of game with the opposing big
