  1. He’s so much better when he gets rest. Never play him on both games of a b2b again.

  2. Cheechers23

A part of me hopes he keeps this up through this road trip to the deadline to up his value a bit but there’s also the part of me that thinks if he does that, it could be enough for Masai and Bobby to keep him lmao

  3. CazOnReddit

He’s been playing better of late, no one is denying that.

But even with his shooting upswing, some of his less admirable tendencies have crept up, namely him passing up on passing to his teammates and taking tough shots. I think last game was rather interesting because of how much more fluent the offense was with/without Fred despite him putting up an impressive showing for possibly his last Scotiabank Arena appearance as a Raptor (Note: Possible doesn’t mean likely).

If we keep Fred and Pascal, we really need a good backup guard so we can load-manage a bit better. Scottie and Fred together is spectacular lately.

  5. BeardedJoe123

Even though I’m pro tank, it’s great to see Fred doing well. Can’t root against the guy.

  6. Ok_Jellyfish_1696

Best time to sell high, he is one hard fall away from being Derrick Rose 🙏

  7. DesperateAbility6448

He has been always a shooting guard. He is forced to play Pg. Has all the shooting guard tendencies

  8. SpicyP43905

Regardless of what happens from here on, he is a Raptors legend, the 6’1 back up PG, who came out of nowhere, hit a combined 14 threes in game 5 and game 6 vs the bucks, and guarded curry and hit decisive shots in the finals to get us our chip

People should prob get on board because he’s definitely going to be signing an extension.

Odds have him as the least likely to get traded and I think that makes sense. It’s clear the organization recognizes him as the leader of the team.

Love this! Now we should be able to get at least 2 young prospects and some draft assets

  11. Intafadah

Fred Dennis “Bet on Yourself” Schroëder VanVleet 🎲🎲

  12. KayPizzle

Thank you Fred for increasing your trade value while we fail to attempt to tank.

  13. LemmingPractice

That’s why you don’t trade a guy just because he hits a slump. All the underlying numbers said Fred was still a high value player who had just hit a shooting slump. Elite 28 year old shooters don’t just forget how to shoot overnight. He was always going to turn it around, it was just a matter of time.

  14. n3moh0es

this is the issue, fred playing “good” nowadays is when he scores 25 and up which is not good for any team and unsustainable. he shouldn’t be such a high volume scorer with any team tryna have success

  15. 288bpsmodem

I want W’s tho. When he doesn’t score he passes to a teammate in a bad position with no time on the clock all game. Start Trent already fuck.

  16. aj-adolfo

Next game he underperforms, ppl on this sub will tear him apart

  17. TheNewKing2022

These ‘fans’ hate him. They want to tank so badly. One redditer on here called him old lol. Get rid of him Pascal and OG. Thank God they don’t run the team

  18. Green-Umpire2297

    lies, all lies.

I did my OWN research (on this sub), and have confirmed Fred is the worst player in the league, an over-the-hill undersized guard who is physically ruined and technically washed up, and his only goal is to steal shots from Scottie and ruin his career. If he is not traded then ticket holders will demand refunds and Bell/Rogers subscribers will cancel *en masse*.

  19. adamwowza

Tell me trade season is coming without telling me you want to be traded

  20. followifyoulead

We need to load manage Pascal too. The lagging play from our stars is because they’re being played into the ground!

  21. hockeyholloway89

Oh we can talk about it! Let’s get that stock to the moon before the deadline!!
