Austin Rivers on the hardest player to guard:
“Steph… it’s not even close… you can’t touch him, they give him every f—— call, they set illegal screens for him the entire game… they don’t call it cause they want to see him shoot.”

They ain’t gonna like this
JaMychal Green led the league in Moving Screens on the Nuggets last season.
He hasn’t even had 5 called on him this season for Golden State
No you can very much touch Steph lmao, dude gets mauled plenty of times when he’s not even holding the ball
Keep cooking Mixtape Gawd
Didn’t he literally have scratch marks all over his body after one of the finals with the refs calling no fouls on any of them? And didn’t RJ openly admit that one of their main strategies against the Warriors was to keep mauling and fouling Steph off ball coz the refs would never call it?
>they can’t keep getting away with it
– everyone, 2014
“One thing that was crazy about that run was the s*** that I used to get away with screening, man it was all time.
I knew if I was in Milwaukee and I set that I’d foul out in the first quarter, but playing in Golden State, when they started to become that underdog team that was building up, I knew once Steph or Klay got hot, the refs would be in the moment as well.
I could literally clothesline someone off the next pindown, I know Klay just hit 3 in a row, the crowd’s on their feet as he’s getting his 4th and I could punch somebody in the face on a screen, knock em out and they wouldn’t call it. Klay would get his 4th 3, and even the refs would go ‘Wow’ (and ignore it), it was crazy.
Then I get traded to Dallas to set those same screens and I’d get 3 fouls in the first quarter, It was just crazy with the stuff I used to get away with there.”

Why am I hearing so much from Austin Rivers lately?
Lol I YouTube searched Golden State screens and in this video, legitimately every single screen set is a moving one https://youtu.be/p53lpwNUSTA
Wouldn’t mind it if the Wolves stopped whining ALL OF THE DAMN TIME!!!!
He’s not wrong. The moving screens they set constantly were insane.
When the Warriors fans wake up this thread is gonna get downvoted to hell lmfaooo
Steph getting calls? Delusional. Warriors setting illegal screens? Just another Tuesday.
I remember when we played against Potrland in po, Rivers would actually pray for Dame to miss lol
Knew this already about the screens lol
GSW’s infamous moving screen.
The toughest players to guard are those who gets the calls. Past Harden is a prime example.
Warriors aside. The league is cooked. Moving screens alone is ruining the game
Bogut got away with some of the worst most blatant moving screens I had ever seen when we’d play the Warriors in the Finals and the refs just didn’t care.
Given how many tend to read the names too fast and mixed up… Austin Reaves gonna wake up with DMs and wonder what the hell did he do lol
Moving screens are just a feature of the game now. Golden State does it every play but players like Adams do this shit for Ja all the time.
They’re moving and nearly dragging players away, it’s comical, in a tragic way. I really hope for a tightening of the rules soon. But not many fans care about it.
While the Warriors do set illegal screens, refs rarely call fouls on screens in general. Earlier this month, De’Aaron Fox went on ESPN and said he would hold players on screens because refs don’t call it. It’s an offensive driven league rn.
Every team sets illegal screens, GSW just used them the best and have literally the 2 best shooters. Bam Adebayo has never set a normal screen in his life, the Steven Adams/Pat Bev screen y’all love so much, is illegal as hell
Steph drives so much and never gets any calls, what is this man smoking
