Even though his tenure for the Purple and Gold didn’t work out as we hoped he still gave it his all. Let’s all give our final thanks to Kendrick Nunn!

Thanks for salary matching for Hachimura.

(But seriously, 01/06/2023 was the one Kendrick Funn game against the Hawks)

Despite the poor fouls, he balled out last game. Wish his injury didnā€™t linger so long.

He actually gave the lakers in 1.5 seasons, Nunn!!!

Serious tip tho, always a fan of the under dog and he was just that… coming into league undrafted to starting for heat. I hope you regain your pre injury form…

Rooting for him from a distance…

We donā€™t know Nunn. We barely knew ye.

Iā€™m glad he went out sort of useful on the court. It was sad to see him miss all year plus start off slow. At least he got a small glimpse of what he could have been recently.

Def stepped up a bit at the right time.

Nunn really started to find his game late. I wish him and his sideburns the best. Hope he balls out in Washington

Donā€™t let the door hit you on the ass

Have nothing but love for Nunn. This is someone that probably took less money to come here and try to build something because he wanted to be a Laker. Any hate or slander is undeserved.

Itā€™s weird to me that ā€œfansā€ get mad at players for being injured. Either they have never done anything athletic in their lives and just canā€™t understand injuries. Or they are just dumb/lack empathy. Players arenā€™t trash because they are injured or struggle to come back from injuries. It makes them human.

I wouldnā€™t be surprised if Nunn does pretty well with some playing time. Best of luck to him.

Thanks. Your 1.5 years were filled with ā€œwe canā€™t judge this team until Kendrick Nunn comes backā€ jokes, a weird knee injury and being relegated to 4th string PG. congrats on the highway robbery

Thanks for getting hot during the trade window!

He got us Rui. Iā€™ll always love him for that.

massive disappointment and didn’t play the 1st year over a bone bruise. waste of 5 million we could have used elsewhere, I am not thankful and I don’t know why fans should be thankful for players who contributed very little

Always loved Nunn in Miami and was really happy we signed him. Sadly it didnā€™t work out here and sadly I have a feeling heā€™s going to ball hard with the wizards. Whatever, Iā€™m happy with the return.

Honestly, he was starting to ramp up. Most players take a few games after not being in an NBA game for over a year and he was balling out the past couple games. Injuries are a bitch I hope to watch his career rise, I’ve liked him since his surprising rookie season in Miami. I wish nothing but the best for this man!

Itā€™s unfortunate how things worked out for him here. Heā€™s probably still a good 6th man.

  18. LaBonJame

He’ll have a breakout season next year. Dude was just starting to get his legs back.

    I appreciate posts like this.

It’s not that he didn’t try. I’m sure he did. His future depends on it. I wish him all the best.

He will double his output like every other lakers reject has
