The Title: Bears' GM Ryan Poles has to surround QB Justin Fields with weapons
Any Rational Football Fan: Duh
2 2nds for tee higgins
No Duh!
Surround Fields with weapons huh? Then get rid of Mooney, Kmet , Claypool let them play with a real NFL qb.
Surround him with an offensive line skip playmakers for rn
Sign Barkley u add talent not keep subtracting …he's is a good blocking rb he would also add a element to the online help and is 1of1 at his position backfield or as a pass catcher
I like this guy.
Those weapons should be an offensive line let's build the best offensive line that we can build we're cool with the receivers that we have they can get open they just don't have the time cuz they know Justin's going to run cuz of the offensive line is ass
Where the hell you walking from?🧠🤯🔫
Bears have been extremely lucky with RBs since lovie got fired. This is likely not the time tho to keep thnkkng you can keep putting new rookies back there every X amount of years…. Can Saquon be a Joker/Gadget back creating a 4 headed monster run game including fields. Yeah…. But how much $ and time do you have there where are you missing out on going that way!?
They need WR and D line/O Line too badly – and LBs
DeAndre is too old for a 2nd
As soon as he said trade a 2nd for Hopkins I stopped listening for two reasons. Fires, Hopkins isn’t worth a 2nd & he’s acting as if this is 2019. The best of Hopkins is behind him so the team will never a return on investment on him, at least no an investment of a second.
Second, the Bears aren’t in a position to be trading for a player. If they wee like the Eagles in 2021 then yeah I could see it but they aren’t. Those kinds of trades are for teams that are close l& still need receiver help like maybe the Giants.
It’ll just be a bunch of weapons standing around watching him get sacked or Tebow the ball 20 yards over their head.
Rawr. 🦁
The Bears need to rebuild their lines, offensive and defensive. No one, who is truly being honest with themselves thinks The Bears will make it deep into the playoffs next season. There's just too many holes to be filled. Hopefully, they'll be fighting for a wild card spot at the end of the season but, that's being generous. So, before they go out and spend money on an expensive receiver or corner, they need to rebuild their lines. Especially the offense. Fields was running for his life back there and got sacked way too many times. The season after will be the year to see if Ryan Poles and Matt Eberflus really know what they're doing. That would be the year I expect them to be contenders and that's the year they should get their prime wide receiver. Until then, they just need to keep Fields upright and healthy.
Their primary focus should be rebuilding those lines. It's what they should have done last year but Poles thought it would be cute to set Fields up for failure by letting his two best linemen go and replacing them with nothing. It was only due to Fields uncanny athletic ability that any of these games were close. Now Poles got what he wanted by setting this team up for failure last season; the #1 pick in the draft! Hopefully he can turn that into multiple picks and start the rebuilding.
Barkley is not worth more than 11m a year
You don't say
Trading picks for vets is just stupid when you can sign them in free agency. You are literally throwing away value when you trade a pick for a guy that isn't locked up for a minimum of 3 years.
No shit to the video’s title🙄 Also need to get a new offensive coordinator
The 2 backs the bears have now are worth keeping. Another solid catching tight end and of course 2 solid lineman to cover his ass would be great.
Fields biggest problem is Fields. he needs crisp ball placement on play action passes and solid pump fakes. Not mailing it in.
Freeze the defence.
Even 70-80 percent he's still better than the majority of QB in the league!
LINEMEN THAT OL IS SERIOUS CONCERN.
