  1. I’m a Sixers fan but I can’t say that they’re a threat for the championship just yet… Harden is my fav player in the league (since 2013) but if he can’t elevate his game from 21ppg to 27/28ppg in the postseason and deliver at crucial times (sometimes) they may be in trouble. The bench also needs to show more consistency, Tobias needs to show consistency, and Doc needs to deliver. Until I see that, they’re just a fringe contender team

  2. Honestly in the East I believe their are 5 teams that could legitimately make the finals more than others

  3. Love Harden & Embiid. But Milwaukee is still the scariest. Giannis has the highest upside in the NBA In terms of what he can do in a playoff series.. Is Harden going to dominate against Boston's perimeter defenders?

  4. We all know what is the ceiling for this team, people are biased easily. Embiid is not winning the MVP, Harden Will disappear in the second round. End

  5. I like Doc as our coach. Players let him down in big moments. With the Clippers his team always got injured in the playoffs

  6. It's not only the Celtics teams need to worry about. Milwaukee still exists in the east and have been quietly cruising through the regular season. You got the media hyping up Boston, then Booklyn and now Philly as being the hottest teams at the time, but Milwaukee have been quietly right there in the mix. Cleveland still has ways to go, but I would not say a series between Cleveland and Sixers will be an east win for Philly. The Cavs do have the size and scoring to compete with the Sixers. The only issue with the Cavs is the inexperience (in the sense of making it past the second rounds of the playoffs). K-Love is well passed his prime.

  7. Top 5 player / up for MVP but not a Starter in all star game 😂 just like Football " our coach beat Daboll 3 times but he coach of year candidate nd not "Nick lol… They make us have a chip ' oh well….''no body likes us ! But we dont care ' ( and clearly J.Hurts deserve MVP !🦅

  8. People just hate Philly. This is ridiculous af. Thank you JJ for giving credit where it’s due and not being bias like most of the media

  9. Can you imagine Embiid being top 5 in MVP voting for 3 straight years with no 1st team All NBA finishes? Remove the position requirement and just make it the best 15 players get the All NBA positions.

  10. No one hates Doc River more than me. I honestly wish he would’ve been fired in the offseason but he coached this team well this year. Hopefully our talent can overcome the shortcomings of our coach

  11. Thank you for this JJ. None of the national media want to mention the Sixers but they’ve been red hot the last 20+ games

  12. 76ers is nowhere close to being a contender. Just wait till the playoffs, you'll see. Embiid is a fraud, and so is Harden

  13. Joe Harris is extremely tough to trade with how much money he makes. Possibly they do him and a first for Poeltl and McDermott

  14. When has Harden really been good late in the playoffs? Regular season Harden is not equal to playoff Harden. I wish he can prove me wrong. All I'm saying is that we've seen a team with Harden being hailed as favorites before.

  15. Sixers are still missing a piece – if they could get someone like OG for Harris and picks (which won't be enough) then that would take them to the next level.

  16. Imma be honest as a Cs fan I’d be stoked to go against the trio of Harden, Doc, and Embiid in the playoffs 😂

  17. I’m so glad finally someone is talking about the 76ers because no one else is and idk why not maybe I’m basis because I’m a Philly fan but it’s like they just went on a 5-0 road trip what other team has done that won the last 6 in a row it’s wild

  18. I am not convinced-when all it on the line- EMbiid can deliver. With Harden's obvious decline, this is even more true.

  19. 🤦‍♂ such a clickbait – as if one person on this earth believes that embiid or harden get anything done other than chocking in the playoffs

  20. They are not Boston’s biggest threat 😂 they 2nd seed they aren’t even going to play Boston this year they’ll get eliminated way before that

  21. 😂😂 we hear this every year and yet they mysteriously underperform every Playoffs
Harden averages 22.9 on 42.6% in the Playoffs
Embiid averages 24 on 46% (Bad % for a Center)
Everyone wants to blame Doc, he's had more Playoff success than they have
Embiid can't score on a good defensive Center (Gasol, Horford, Bam, etc)
Harden is just trash in the Postseason.. JJs bias will have him looking bad on this take
