Been hearing rumors, so I asked the man himself.

I’d love it for the right price. Seems like the last two years have refined his game well. He’s seen his shots at the rim go down to the point that his shot range with the lowest volume is 0-3 ft and it works for his game. He’s never been a super effective scorer at the rim, but he’s got great touch as a shooter all over the floor and now he’s being empowered to use that to score rather than try to get to the rim.

He’s smaller than I’d like a wing addition to be defensively, but that’s not the end of the world. Offensively I think he’d be a really nice secondary scorer and playmaker.

I would be happy with getting him back. His shooting isn’t at the level it was last season, but he’s still playing solid basketball for the Spurs. And I think he got some unwarranted hate for the poor start, when Schroder was the poor fit in the puzzle.

  4. Unfortunately it would require getting rid of a rotation player to snag him and i don’t think it would be worth it.

The money doesn’t work to trade for him unfortunately (unless there’s a bigger shakeup and we lose a rotation player).

Our only hope to get him is that the spurs can’t find a trade so they buy him out after the deadline.

So does he just respond to any fan, or do you two got a special relationship?

How would he know? I miss Josh, but he’s not that type of player to where they’ll actually care to acknowledge his desired trade options. & why do we always want our old bench players back?

I would love J Rich back. He was just warming up on this team when they traded him. He’s a dog, would be awesome in the playoffs

  9. Not happening because he makes too much. We would have to trade Gallo Pritchard Justin Jackson and Blake Griffin. It trade one of the rotation guys.

It never occurred to me that you could dm NBA players and they might respond
