This trade scenario has been out there since last summer. If it came to fruition, it means the rest of the league doesn't value the Bulls players as much. Two draft picks 4 and 6 years in the future? Lakers might be good again by then and wouldn't amount to very good picks.
I'd trade DeMar for Westbrook and those two pick then see what you can get by the deadline for Zach and Vuc
